Return Policy
At wolGlow, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. Due to the nature of skincare products, we maintain the following return policy.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Return request must be made within 14 days of delivery
- Item must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-refundable:
- Opened or used skincare products
- Items marked as Final Sale
- Gift cards
- Promotional or free items
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos of the item and packaging
We will offer one of the following:
- Replacement
- Store credit
- Refund (if replacement is unavailable)
4. Return Process
To initiate a return:

- Wait for return approval and instructions
- Ship the item back to the provided address
Important:
- Unauthorized returns may be refused
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the error is ours
5. Refunds
- Refunds are processed after inspection of returned items
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Processing time: 5–10 business days
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order.
7. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you experience an issue, please contact us before initiating a chargeback.
Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:
- Account suspension
- Refusal of future orders
- Submission of evidence to payment providers
